At Brothers Auto Sales, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality classic cars. We understand that purchasing a classic car is a significant decision, and we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.
Please review our policy below.
As a classic car dealership, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will work with you to find a solution. However, due to the nature of classic cars, there are certain exceptions:
The car must be in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you.
The car must not have been modified, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery.
All original documents, including titles, maintenance records, and accessories, must be returned along with the vehicle.
Classic cars that have been involved in accidents or incidents after delivery.
Cars that have been substantially modified or altered.
Cars sold as "final sale" or "for parts only" – these cars cannot be returned.
